A Scary Incident

I just had one of the most traumatizing experiences ever. It happened earlier when me and my friend Kyle were on our way home from work. We sat a the middle part of the FX and we talked about the most random stuff like we always do. Kyle was almost near her stop when I was knocked off forward and heard a guy's voice saying "Akin na ang cellphone mo!". The next thing I heard was the loud thump of the FX's door at the back. It took me a few seconds to realize what just happened. The girl beside me was freaking out about her cellphone while most of us were stupefied by the whole thing.

What's weird is that it's as if we knew all along it was going to happen. It's as if God sort of prepared us for it. I thought about the whole what-if-i-come-across-a-hold-upper-inside-an-FX-one-day scenario during Mass earlier this day and the moment we got on the FX. Before going home, Kyle put her money somewhere else instead of putting it inside her pouch like she always does. And for some reason, she randomly looked out the window and got chills when she saw the guy walking towards the FX.

Right now, I am just really thankful to the Lord that we got home safely and unharmed. The Lord is just so great and he has been blessing me with so many things lately even if I am unworthy of it. My heart is just full of gratitude towards Him.
